Chaddwyck Going Paperless-January 29, 2010   In a continuous effort to reduce costs, the Board recently reviewed the funds spent on office supplies. We agreed that it is time to go paperless in regards to information being provided to homeowners. Some information must be sent by mail, such as notification of a homeowners meeting that involves the election of a board member, or personal mailings to an individual homeowner from the board. However, most of the rest of the mailings can be classified as " informational purposes only". In the future, the board will distribute information by using the website and email notification. In the next few days, each homeowner should receive either an email or a hand delivered letter from a Board member with instructions on how to help us become a paperless association. If you recieve notification by email, please ensure that your contact information on our website is correct and up to date. For those that do not have email or internet access, every effort will be made to hand carry the information to them by a Board member, but a delay may ensue due to possible schedule conflicts     Dues for 2010-January 29, 2010  Please log in to view important information concerning dues for 2010. This information can be found under the Financial Reports tab on left of page.   Board Changes-January 29, 2010 Due to personal obligations, Diane Church decided to resign as Vice President of the Board. Harry Rivera volunteered to fill the position of Vice President and Joe Simonetta agreed to fill the Treasurer position left vacant by Harry. We thank Diane for her years of dedication to the Board and Association, and welcome Harry as Vice President and Joe as Treasurer. Harry brings years of experience to the position and we are lucky in that Joe is a CPA and had no trouble starting immediately as Treasurer.   Garbage Etiquette -January 29,2010   According to the North Ridgeville City Ordinance, residents are not to put trash out for pick up until 36 hours before pick-up day. This would mean no earlier than 6:00 pm Sunday evening before regular Tuesday pick-up. Also please make sure that lids are secured on garbage cans and all bags are tied tightly. There have been recent incidents of garbage cans blowing over, spilling their contents throughout the neighborhood.		Please login to view and vote in our survey.
