Annual Block Party - Added 5/9 The annual block party is scheduled for June 7th from 5pm until it winds down.  Please save the date.  More information will be coming very shortly. Financials Posted -Updated 5/7 The balance sheet and profit and loss statement has been posted for April in the Financial Reports section. Damage from Snow Removal -Updated 4/21 Repairs to the lawns and tree-lawns were completed today with new soil and seed placed.  Please note that daily watering of the new seed is recommended.  No further repairs to lawns are tree-lawns are scheduled for this year. Board Members Needed - Added 4/21 The Association is anticipating an open Board position prior to the Annual Homeowners Meeting.  Any interested homeowner should notify the Board if they are interested in joining the Board.  The Board will appoint a replacement from a list of interested candidates.  Please use the contact us link to respond. Political Signs One "Political Candidate" sign not exceeding six square feet in total area and not exceeding three feet in height, shall be permitted for each lot. Political signs are permitted thirty (30) days prior to an election and must by removed within forty-eight (48) hours after the election.
